Vinesse Aesthetics and Cosmetic Clinic will reopen as of May 5th 2020. We are offering product sales and Cosmetic Injectable consultations and treatments only. The restrictions on these offerings have been lifted as per the directive of the Queensland Government and Queensland Health. QLD is now open to offering limited services. The Queensland Government and Queensland Health have notified us that our clini is able to open to provide Cosmetic Injectables Treatments and Retail Products sales only. No, we are not currently able to provide Skin and Laser Treatments as they are still under operating restrictions from State and Federal Governments.

Yes, Vinesse Aesthetics & Cosmetic Clinic is abiding by all health requirements from the state and federal governments. We ask you to please keep in mind the 1.5m distance between you and another person when coming into our clinic. Only you and your medical expert will be in the treatment room during your treatment. Your medical expert will be wearing protective equipment, including a face mask and gloves and practicing safe distancing wherever possible.

Vinesse have more in-depth cleaning procedures of both our clinic rooms and reception areas. Our highly trained medical staff will be equipped with masks and key protective equipment where required.

Vinesse will continue to maintain a safe environment as we have always done by:

  • Following a strict hand washing protocol using anti-bacterial liquid before, during and after every treatment
  • Using medical-grade disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces and equipment between every client visit
  • Wearing gloves for the duration of every treatment and changing regularly throughout treatments as needed
  • Wearing face masks where appropriate
  • Providing hand sanitiser to clients in our waiting room
  • Following strict sterilisation protocols on all of our equipment, including high pressure heat, no touch techniques and complete item separation
  • Sterilising of all stations, rooms and floors on a daily basis

Vinesse clients who previously had a Cosmetic Injectables appointment booked are welcome to reschedule. You will not lose any treatments due to a cancelled appointment – we will pick up where we left off as soon as we reopen.

Any results you’ve already achieved won’t be reversed. However, a delay in your treatment schedule may delay further results. Once Vinesse reopens our team of skilled laser technicians will review your treatment plan and ensure that you get back on track to achieve best results. 

You can still maintian your results at home even though your clinic treatment plan is on hold. Continue your skincare routine as given to you by your skin clinician. If you are unsure, or you run out of product, please contact us and we will be able to give you the best advice or sell you your products for collection instore.
