HOW MANY TREATMENTS WILL I NEED?
Generally most patients will only require one treatment. The treatment is designed to naturally boost your collagen production, and for some patients depending on their biological response to ultrasound energy and their natural collagen-building process, they may require future touch ups.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING ULTHERAPY?
Comfort levels always vary from person to person. During the treatment you may feel a tiny amount of energy being delivered to depths under your skin, where you will feel a heating sensation. This sensation only lasts while the ultrasound is being delivered and is an indication the ultrasound therapy is working.
ARE THERE ANY SIDE EFFECTS?
After treatment your skin will appear flushed, but this will disappear within a few hours. Some patients may feel slight swelling, tingling or tenderness, but this is only temporary. Less common is numbness or bruising to the treated area.

WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS?
Once your collagen production has been kick-started and collagen building begins, you may start to see results within 2-3 months or as long as 6 months, your results develop over this time.
HOW LONG DO THE RESULTS LAST?
Time can vary between individuals and results typically last 2 years. Some patients may require yearly top ups.
AFTER CARE AND MAINTENANCE
There is no downtime after using Ultherapy. Normal activities can be resumed without any special treatments or protocols.
